A single bundle list row, normalized across the legacy and SCAPI backends so the CLI table renders one shape regardless of backend.

Status is kept raw per backend (legacy numeric enum 0 | 1 | 2, SCAPI string enum "ok" / "broken" / "preparing") so display doesn't silently change for existing legacy users.
