Returns the Dockerfile for a sandbox image with the B2C CLI (and optionally
the MCP server) installed.

## Parameters

### options

Package versions to install; defaults to `latest`

#### cliVersion?

`string`

#### mcp?

`boolean`

#### mcpVersion?

`string`

## Returns

`string`
