Returns the Business Manager functional permission a user needs for a WebDAV path.

## Parameters

### path

`string`

Path relative to `/webdav/Sites` (e.g. `Cartridges/v1/app`)

## Returns

`string` \| `undefined`

The permission ID, or undefined for unknown roots
